Actually I really don't know if it is unloading, loading, or both, but the sales seem to come in groups at fairly regular intervals. Just doesn't seem like a lot of little guys. I noted 144 filings (3 sales)last month indicating that a little over 250K shares were sold at about 24 1/2, but that's not particularly unusual since insiders are only allowed to sell during the 3-20 days period after earnings are released.
