I just got off the phone with Agent Fusfeld with SEC. The good news is: despite what some have posted, the last incident occurred in the middle of 1996. The bad news is: he had no idea when the issue would be settled. and the charges are serious in that fraud is defined as intent and occurred over a 2 year period. My take: I am not convinced there was intent. For one thing, Mary Ericsen has 3 mil invested in the company. It would interesting to hear her side. The SEC seems very tough, probably a good thing. I still believe in MINEs golden future.
