I might add that, as far as the complaint against the Company is concerned, the SEC is seeking an injunction. This injunction would basically force the Company to promise to never do it again. A slap on the wrist.

However Agent Fusfeld is not able to comment on whether or not investigations are in process concerning other, more recent, issues with the Company.
