Monday November 18 2:31 PM EDT OmniGene Diagnostics' common stock will trade with Due Bills until Dec. 2 to WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 18, 1996--OmniGene Diagnostics Inc. (OTC BB:OMGD) announced Monday that it has received clearance to trade its common stock with Due Bills according to company President Dominic Scacci. The record date for the four to one split was Nov. 15, however OMGD common stock will continue to trade with Due Bills from Nov. 18 to Nov. 29. The pay date is set for Dec. 2. Buyers of OMGD common stock with Due Bills in the open market during this time will be entitled to three additional common shares. If shares are sold prior to Dec. 2, sellers will not be entitled to receive the three additional shares. After the scheduled pay date of Dec. 2, the stock will be adjusted in price on Dec. 3.
