That is the guy... I understand the attorneys are handling it now. Talk about shoot yourself in the foot. Man o man. probably just a novice private investor that does not know what he is doing. But to quote Baylor University as saying something slanderous is insane. People have to be deliberate at what they say and make sure it is not liable. There are a lot of stocks I do not like but donot call them a scam ... that is crazy even if they are in fact. GB
