I feel that they are necessary risk statements always seen in documents such as a 10K. The company is required to submit all possible risks related to the stock. As for the loan, quite possibly they needed to infuse capital in the company, why look elsewhere when you have the capital yourself. My parents have loaned money to their own business several times. It allows for the company to receive a loan and then the interest is accumulated by the owner. I feel that this in no way is suspicious. The company is right on track for paying off it's loan. At the current rate it should be paid off later this year. I know BB stocks are all possible scams, but I have people in the industry checking this one out. At least to put my mind at rest, I will post whatever I can find.
