Well I do believe I know why there is a sudden turn in DROM. The company filed an S8
Registration in late October for an additional 650,000 shares. I believe the company uses
this new additional stock to pay for company expenses (like attornies fees etc.).
This additional stock is then sold and creates downward pressure on the stock. I would say that
at the present there are about 6 mil shares outstanding. As a DROM investor i can only hope that
the company leadership does not overly dilute the stock. I also look forward to the estimate of
at least 6 million in sales in this coming year with a profit. That ratio is very acceptable.
I look forward to what fellow investors think of the S8 and the recent volume.
