re: More tests. Mohan, This is exactly what I was saying. They will need more tests! The Russian statement on the minimum number required is probably good. But remember that the purpose of a test is to see what happens. It may happen that one or more of the tests fail to deliver the expected outcome. If that happens, redesign/reengineering and revision of the computer models would be needed, and then the tests would need to be repeated. This could take a long time! If any major problems are encountered, the time to resolve them could be measured in years. Certainly not weeks. David
