Steve, this one is way undervalued. Greystar is trading at $1.80 with 11 million shares. Maybe it's a blessing...I guess I could always buy again later. I just hate to lose when I had a chance to break-even. After selling I bought MGM. Check this one out Morgain Minerals. BHP is drilling a copper project in Mexico as jv with them. Morgain also has a second play on the go in Mexico for a number of gold properties. Stock keeps moving upwards. Looks like a keeper. BHP will be releasing results late in the week on the copper drilling program. Good Luck
