I use DTN RT. I tried to get aligned last night without any luck.
This morning I was getting a signal, but no data. I talked to Jason
in support at DTN and he said that I had to be very close. He said that they are getting a lot of different "sights". I went back and found the signal - it was in the southwest 60 degrees to the left of where I locked on to Galaxy and 8 degrees higher. I'm in the Boston area on the coast. Hope that this will help you, but, make sure that you follow the directions for the first section and have the data run for seven minutes.
