RCJIII - The contract - I believe all long investors here are waiting fore is the "Flour-Daniel" deal. - I'm reposting the last news concerning that deal:

For Immediate Release April 16, 1998

ARET SUBSIDIARY, TOMAHAWK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ANNOUNCED TODAY THAT TOMAHAWK CONSTRUCTION AND THEIR JOINT VENTURE PARTNER DUNN INDUSTRIAL GROUP, INC. HAS SUBMITTED A DESIGN/BUILD PACKAGE FOR 5 BUILDING ON A MAJOR PLANT EXPANSION TO FLOUR-DANIEL

AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB "ARET") announced
today that Tomahawk Construction Co. (TCC) and their Joint
Venture Partner, Dunn Industrial Group, Inc. has submitted a
design/build package for 5 buildings on a major plant expansion
to Fluor-Daniel. The design/build proposal is in the range of $17
and $25 million.

AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. is a full service
consulting and construction firm based in Lenexa, Kansas
specializing in construction management services and economic
development both within and outside the Native American
Community.

There have been a lot of guessing what net impact the deal may have.
40/60 split with Dunn have been mentioned. If ARET then nets 10% its appx 1.7Mio$. equal 1 cent per share. Adding the other deals ongoing could bring EPS estimates to 0.015-0.03
A conservative PE of 5 then equals a shr price of 0.075-0.15.

Kind regards
Jens
