Diamond...since November, I think we've been through 6 or 7 "This is it! Buy now cause they won't be this cheap anymore." rallies.

Personally, I think OPEC really screwed the oil market with the ill-timed out put increase. It wouldn't surprise me to see them have to end up with a cut BELOW the original quotas.

SII does look good today at a PE of 15.6!
