Why can't you disclose self-dealing insiders
until AFTER you have loaned funds to BCB @ 12%?

Most readers would agree that, on the surface,
it sounds like a sweet-heart deal.

Given the choice, why invest in BCB like a regular civilian,
when you can "loan" money to the company, obtain a fixed
and predictable return AND have the option to convert if, as,
and when it makes financial and practical sense to do so?
