There have been no announcements yet, but as I previously mentioned there is tremendous potential for growth on both the radio and semi-conductor sides of the house. Very significant growth expected in semi-conductors (Triniti DX MMICS) based on PCS market. Celeritek has its own GaAs Fab (lots of capacity already in place), new building (moved 3 years ago), solid technology and is vertically integrated (Focus is on solutions). Solid growth means less of a roller coaster ride over the long term. Also, Celeritek was subject of a recent article (I heard!!) that relayed the fact that Celeritek is the undiscovered gem in the comms area, with excellent financials, products and good management. Analysts expect at least a $17 pricing with an outside chance of $20 by end of year. Oppenheimer is the company broker.
