2 more FORM 144's were filed today after the close. Form 144 filings have picked up again in MAY after a flood of them were filed back in Feb. and March. There must be a lot of insiders anxious to cash out at this point, given the negative overall market tone. See all the form 144 filings below: edgar-online.com p.s. form 144 is filed by insiders and others with restricted stock, for the purpose of registering the stock with intent to sell......since Feb 1998 AMZN insiders have filed over 60 form 144's...........;^)
