It's something else because this stock originally went on the market at $4.50 back in the early 1990's. I think before getting in one must talk to either Freitag or George Dodge to get a more detailed picture of what they intend to do. I did communicate with them about 10 days ago and they indicated they hoped to be able to meet NASDAQ price and asset requirements this year. Right now, for me, there are too many things up in the air. What are they going to do when the notes become due on Sept. 30 ? Pay them off or convert them ? I know from reading their latest 10Q that they intend to convert the new notes ($500,000). If they do a 1:20 reverse, how many shares will be out- 2 million ? Won't people start short-selling the stock since it will be at $5 ? I really think one has to call the company and find out before going back in.
