OK ... this stock is very unique .. extremely because it has three opportunities for every kind of investor. Now I feel that the arbitrage is what is causing the stock to be so highly traded.

As the common holds the MMs are going to arbitrage the warrants. I got a call saying the MMs made $275,000.00 today shorting the common with the warrants. They were making between $0.50 - $2.00 a share arbitraging. Now that is why I say the warrants is the second best investment because you can buy the common for $1.06 and the stock was at $1.81 which keeping the $0.50 in the account some were making $.75 per share on arbitraging the common.

As this continues the warrants will eventually be exercised and the float will reduce and the warrants will go up in price. Once the warrants equalize with the common they both should move steadily. The panic rush in this morning is why it ticked up heck even the warrants did however the warrants did not follow on an even plain. Once the common got over $2.00 they were making a fortune on short selling.

Now since the careless information of Prez the P fell and that is where the long termers should be going because they are getting 35 shares for $26.00 which $0.75 AMSC and figuring in the dividend that would make the AMSC $17.50 or rather $0.50 AMSC for the common.

Once the warrants are exercised this one is going to see another whole new world.
