Not a lot going on right now but not a lot of sellers either. Interesting that they put Glenn Epstein on the Board. Looks like they have found their man to replace Carl as he eases away from the company toward retirement. This might sound strange, but I'm as positive about the prospects for this company as I have been in a good while. I think several things are starting to come together. The news about the HTS transformer is BIG. Can you imagine how many of those big ole nasty polluting transformers there are around the world that are going to need to be replaced over the next two decades? Electricity will continue to fuel the shift to an information base economy. Electric utility deregulation will force companies to squeeze productivity out of every possible area, especially equipment. As for FRIGC; if we can be patient, the word just might get around that r-134a is just not that great for doing retrofits. I bought a '97 Chrysler last fall. Just now needed to use the A/C. R-134a definitely is not as effective as R-12 in getting the car cool and keeping it there. There may just be hope yet for FRIGC.
