i dont have actual data but i can ask a friend to check that out - new high, new low is The most weighted indicator in his work.

from memory, if the down trend is formed (not a trading trend), we will see new low continues to expand and new high continues to contract - that was the case in 1996 jun-jul period before we bottomed out. i dont know whether we are still in a trading trend or we start a down trend - time will tell. but the rotation is fast and furious and we might end up with a market similar to 1994 - i mainly in mutual funds in 1994 and knew all mutual funds were flat or losing during the whole year.
