So? Don't you think it is appropriate to weigh heavily the power disparity between a CEO and an intern? Isn't it analogous to a teacher and a student? If the student makes advances to the teacher, should the teacher succumb or resist? Courts have ruled that the power disparity is a key element of the appropriateness of these relationships. And with interns, there is the added element of in loco parentis that may have been violated.

So in light of this discussion, how can one defend a 50 year old married CEO having sex with a 21 year old intern?
