I have lurked around this thread for 6 months now. I am appalled at the herd mentality created by this bully KAA. He, I am assuming, has turned this thread into a complete mockery. The sad part is that most of you believe this guy as though he was a God!
Look at what he has done to the great contributors to this thread. Wayne J, who single handedly made this thread for months. Wayne always kept a conservative yet positive spin to the thread. KAA called him names and accused him to be a conspirator, into what conspiracy I have no clue.
Another great contributor, Milk who spent much of his own time creating a separate web page and contributing with intelligent dialogue. KAA, today, verbally abused Milk for sharing a phone conversation that he had with Jack. ( This is why I finally joined SI, I was so P**sed off)
I have been in the M&A business for many years and let me tell you, KAA and his followers there is really nothing that you can do now but make sure that your investment, whatever it is, is worth nothing. The negativity and ill will towards someone who has been honest with you since day 1 is repulsive. Jack doesn't have to tell any of you anything. Try calling any other company and see what kind of answers that you get. Think about what he has said, it has all come true. His only mistake was to say anything not knowing you would build these unreal expectations.
Please remember you invested in a shell company worth absolutely nothing. ($500,000) You have Jack Arnold who doesn't own very many shares himself, working his butt off to help you. Yes, he is new at this but he has done tremendously well with what he had. You put this BS that he is in Jamaica or wherever with your money. What MONEY!?!?!
None of you were misled. Everything said has come true. The Reg S was a necessary evil but did not need any of your approval. Grow up! If you lost money and don't hang around long enough ( which will not be long from now) sell and move on!! Quit Crying! All that does is bring the lot you down.
Wayne J. I personally want to have you back! Milk keep up your good reporting. Jack keep doing the best you can, I have always and will continue to believe what you say. I know you haven't misled once! Please stop the foolishness! Lawyers can't do anything!
