New information:

The following is information that I picked up from various sources about Carver Corporation, I think most of which are true:

-They have a new CEO about to manage the company, from what I have heard, he is a good business man that is capable of turning this company around.

-Bob Carver might be coming back to the company to help in primarily technical matters regarding the products. Though he has his own company (sunfire) at the moment, which is doing well, I think he wants to make sure that the company named after him succeeds, as well. I am not sure, but he might still own a stake in Carver corporation too.

-I heard they are about to strike a deal which will bring in $1.5M to $2.0M to the company. No dilution involved, it might have something to do with giving up part of their product line.

-They have filed a petition to extend their Nasdaq listing and they will get a response tomorrow.

Regardless of whether they manage to stay Nasdaq or not, there is a lot of promising actions that the company has taken recently. Most of which is in the right direction.

For me this will be a long hold, where I will increase my position every once in a while. No doubt in my mind they will be profitable in the very near future. Their sales is about 5 times their Cap now, with good management earnings might be just around the corner.
