The Captain makes a prediction (and I am rarely wrong):
CS will break 20 by Nov.1 98, Y you ask ? Acquisitions, contracts and upgrades, along with a networking sector rally.
CS will not break 12, No way no how. Y you ask ? Well, just take my word for it (wink, wink).
So with this great insight now bestowed upon the common folk, with cash left in their pockets, we can expect the bargain days of CS to be limited as the bears are "bought out" of CS and the smartest of all the money becomes the new owners. Yes, no brains are required here. You buy, you hold and you wait. Thinking about it is not recommended. Oh, and if it rises slowing, you buy more.
