>> At What price would you consider adding/buying INTC?

Hi Manish;

If I wanted to do long-term investing, my answer would the same as six months ago. I would $-cost avg. any time it would drop to 72-75. That's my easy way out!

Short-term, I am a bit worried about soft PC market, cool reception of Win98 since it is just a patch to win95, and INTC's dumb mistake of introducing & re-introducing Celeron(cached vs. cache-less). So, I would not trade it.

>>What's your take on the health of the wireless market and MOT/QCOM mainly?

Same as before. CDMA growth will outpace GSM this year but in the H/S arena too many players are driving margins down. On the BTS side, QCOM is still a dud but if they can get their octal modem chip working by the end of this year and integrate into new products, they should see improving margins. MOT is still trying to build up software expertise inside and improve its CBSC software.

I hear LU & MOT may do something together. Should help MOT more so than LU.

We can talk more in-depth if you want this weekend. There are also some next-gen products related issues affecting all cellular guys in the next two years.

Clint

PS, Will be off the web tonight. You know why!
