News release; CHURCHILL CORP ("CUQ-Y") - Shareholder Rights Plan The Churchill Corporation announces that at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held May 20, 1998, the Shareholders approved the Shareholders Rights Plan as proposed by the Directors. The effective date of the Shareholders Rights Plan was March 18, 1998. The Churchill Corporation is a diversified construction corporation listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange under the symbol CUQ.
