As a urologist one of the more common etiologies for impotence that I see in the office is vascular in origin reflecting systemic vascular disease whether clinical or not. In many patients the development of impotence may be viewed as being cardioprotective as the are unable to exert themselves with intercourse. With viagra they are now running marathons!! Heart is not used to it ending in the ultimate orgasm! I think you will hear more and more of these deaths although I do not think it is fully PFE resposibility/
