I think the difference is AGC has a management that is responsive to its shareholders. Look at the news releases AGC has put out on the BC property compared to ANZ. Yes, ANZ has the Indo property and two money loosing properties in Africa (all negative from a market point of view).

Perhaps Rappa has been sold. Someone on this thread suggested a letter of intent was signed 30 days ago. I hear ANZ people are very happy about some forth coming event. Perhaps that is it. I wondered why no announcement was forthcoming. I thought it was management not caring about its shareholders. You have suggested another reason. ANZ's management wants to re-price its options. Perhaps that is why no news has come out on (i.e. All positive news will wait until options are repriced)
