Ellison: Gates a liar about Microsoft's 'innovation' www5.zdnet.com
For entertainment purposes only. I'm shocked, shocked! that well known psycho-billionaire Ellison would say such a thing.
"Microsoft has innovated nothing. The thing I find most contemptible is Bill's lying, this thing about innovating. It makes me want to puke. That's innovation a la Rockefeller, not innovation a la Edison," the database tycoon said in an exclusive interview with PC Week Online. He added that the Excel spreadsheet is the only Microsoft product with demonstrable innovation.
Well, Larry and Reggie agree on something. Some find it contemptible, others find it entertaining. "Microsoft must be free to imitate, er, integrate, I mean, innovate, yeah, that's the ticket, innovate."
