Hi Jim, thanks for the detailed analysis.

Some think consolidations/takeovers are another sign of a top. I'm sure you can figure out why. Perhaps bottom fishing isn't a good idea, unless you're doing it in Europe. I agree the retailers should have their turn as consumer confidence shrinks. So either Europe or Bonds?
