MARK....warrants are a lot simpler to understand than stock options. They trade just like stocks and if you can;t get a quote, it is probably because your quote service does not do warrants. That is weird, because my Discover Brokerage does and I think Freerealtime does too. www.freerealtime.com

Regardless, the warrants:
EXPIRE in 2001 (so no problem there)
EXERCISABLE at 50 cents (recently reduced from $1.00)

That is great news as now the warrants should trade within 50 cents or so of the common, at least after the registration paperwork is completed....very soon....exact date not known since the SEC is +/- a few days, it seems.

Now....you never have to exercise or convert your warrants.....just sell them at some point like you would a stock, at least before the expiration date in 2001.

BUT I hope you give this stock time to realize its full potential....this is not a daytrader stock, IMO, at least to realize your full gain, which could be amazing down the road a bit.
