How can you exercise the warrants "tomorrow". We have to wait for the Transfer Agent to clear all the paper work, a few more days, maybe?

Otherwise, that sounds like a great plan. Once exercised, the warrants are OUT OF COMMISSION, right? Dead, gone, cancelled, defunct, inacessible, non-tradable, non-arbitrageable, finished, terminated, trashed, nulled and voided...you get my gist.
