Yes he did. The sign of an excellent company that knows how to take the arrows for their customers. This was an excellent marketing position to take and Chambers realized what was to be gained was far greater than to pin blame and create an issue between the greatest networker in the industry and a great company like AT&T. I'm proud of the way Cisco has handled this situation. Man, what a company! Gary
