Thanks for posting those Cymer and ASML related notes. The Phase II scanner that ASML will start shipping in 2H98 sounds like an Orion based system(hard to say for sure), based on the improved system productivity description. At the very least, those systems should be 5010 based. 25 units from ASML alone bodes well for the second half, assuming Canon and Nikon are close behind ASML in shipping advanced scanners. The ratio of DUV to i-line systems ASML is shipping also looks encouraging.
