CORP / Numac Energy Announces Resignation TSE, ME, AMEX SYMBOL: NMC MAY 26, 1998 CALGARY, ALBERTA--The Board of Directors of Numac Energy Inc. today announced that Mr. Stewart D. McGregor has resigned as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation effective May 26, 1998 in order to pursue other interests. Mr. McGregor remains a director of the Corporation. Numac Energy Inc. trades on the Toronto, Montreal, and American stock exchanges under the symbol NMC.
