Roger: RE:AVNT Putting a companion civil case on hold while the criminal case goes forward is not unusual. There are discovery proceedings (especially depositions) where you can call the opposing party as on cross examination in a civil proceeding that flies in the face of the hallowed Fifth Amendment in a criminal matter. Thus, IMO, nothing should be read into the fact that the civil case has been put on hold. Even without its legal problems, AVNT currently is sporting a P/E of almost 600. What's your call on ddim. Seems to be losing ground steadily. Scott Shaw
