Why avoid the real issue?? ME is as WORTHLESS as ICVI
If ME was worth anything, ME would have developed their own mineral fields. Why does ME need ICVI??? Even as a public company, the merger will provide ME with NO money. Why didn't ME do an IPO???? Answer, no intelligent investment banker would touch it with a ten foot pole.

Doesn't this deal look just a bit shady?? ME owners are willing to give up 36% of their equity just to become a public company. Again, with ICVI's 18mm outstanding and ME's 50mm 18/50=36% ICVI's 18mm shares represent dilution to ME equity holders after the merger, 18mm shares which otherwise wouldn't exist. Looks like they were pretty desperate eh??
