For anyone who cares about common / warrant arbitrage read posts #247 & #872 ..872 should read MIDL(bid) minus MIDLW(ask) greater than 0.50.. Dividend on MIDLP and who gets it..the only date that matters is the X-DIV date..which is the first day the stock trades without the dividend...if you buy @ 3:59 the day before X-Div date you get the dividend..so far no X-Div date has been set for MIDLP.. warrants are common equivalents and already in the share count..excercising kills the warrants,,provides capital to our company and adds to the float of the common... Everybody do what you want ...I'm killing as many warrants as I can...
