Bob: I sent Lisa a number of notes about the ARMs back in January. I found several of them. They include 13886, 13909, 13861, and 13704. From memory, the ARMs never gave a false signal from after the October decline to the resumption of the primary trend in January.

The ARMs will not tell you the extent of a move. However, one signal may be cancelled out by another and pinpoint the extent of a move. If you wish to use the ARMs, I would test it out a couple of times.
