It was just the possibility re: the concern you mentioned ... "This just does not make sense given the earnings and sales growth for this company compared to the S&P 500 unless they are going to materially miss the earnings for this quarter." .... that moved me to call the analyst as to whether there were ANY rumors out there....the response "NO". From what I "understand" all should be well for earnings and revenues too. In fact with both the Y2K and Microsoft data connection businesses revenues should continue to grow quite nicely of the next many quarters. Ww wil just have to wait and see and reap some benefits !!! Michael
