Anyway, I also called IR today and was transfered to PLFM. Monica also told me that Greg and Todd were out and that there would be no press release until June 1. I asked her if Howard could call me and a few hours later Howard returned my call but I was out of the office. Finally, after again playing telephone tag Howard again returned my call. I have alwas been impressed by the fact that Howard will take the time to talk to shareholders. The following is an abstract ofour conversation. 1. Web Page Everyone check the web page later tonight. Howard has been working with technicians to update the page. (one reason the press release is being delayed). Alot of the info contained in the updated web site was info originally slated for the May 27th release. I asked Howard if info on web page would mean no release and he said that there will be a release on Monday and it will deal with management relationships and possibly some news on the Brazil deal! 2. Press Release Press release will be out on June 1. Howard wanted the info out for the 27th and set the 27th as a "target" date, but with new developments and the need to clear all info through ADC and a number of other new players (Investment Bankers, management consultants, etc.) and with the long weekend, they just couldn't get everything finished for tomorrow. Again, however, much of the info will be out tonight on the web page. 3. Investor Relations The contract with Greg and Todd has expired and will not be renewed. PLFM will now be following the advice of a management consulting group out of Texas and their Investment Banker's regulations that they have a professional, full-time coordinated in house public relations/investor relations department. I can't say who the Investment Bank is but it is supposedly one of the top six in the US. Howard and new players want the PLFM Investor Relations to operate like a major corporation and have all releases and news reviewed by PR and legal and coordinated so there will no longer be so many different stories out there. Howard did say that there have not been any disinformation disseminated but that little bits and pieces of bigger stories have been changed and he wants that to stop. In other words, PLFM will begin acting and playing with the big boys! [Sorry, again I am politically incorrect--playing with the big "persons."] 4. Brazil Brazil deal is wrapping up and we may see an announcement shortly. I asked Howard about Todd/Greg's comment that we would not see anything until July 1 and he said that date would be the latest possible announcment but that he expects an announcement shortly. In fact, he said ADC and PLFM people were having a top level meeting tonight in Brazil to hopefully finalize things and had wanted Howard to be there but he is too busy on this end and thought the PLFM reps could handle everything.
