Tim: I checked the last 10 months of Tava daily closes (July 22 to May 22). Tava closed up 43% of the time. It closed down 51% of the time. The rest were no change. So even in our galloping bull market, Tava has closed down more often than up. But the ups have more UP in them than the down days have DOWN in them. This is just a bit of statistical perspective during this tough period.
