I would think the MM's are as clueless as shareholders to when the PR will commence. They started shorting @ $.30 and have alot to cover, with lack of news it's easy to shake shares by driving the price down. I'm long TVSI and haved added significantly to my position at these prices. I believe we will be rewarded , do your own diligence and do whats within your own comfort zone. All the Best Pugs
