CSCO has class 2 Vlan with class 3 under development (9-12 mos.)

CS has class 3 now. Perhaps CSCO will wait for their own, but based on their past record (acquire versus development) I think there's a chance of an acquisition. Can the market wait 9-12 months while CSCO develops their own? If the answer is no, buy XYLN! Somebody tell us, please!

Has Lucent closed the deal on Agile? If so that only leaves XYLN.

As for network management software, FORE has some of the best I hear. However, FORE is too expensive. The STRM deal put FORE out of reach for a few years at least. It's interesting that FORE market value to sales continues at about 10 times, which is the valuation as the STRM deal.
