I keep asking, once every two days or so, what the Bolivia/US extradition treaty for white collar crime is...no one has responded. Caveat Emptor (sp), if you believe that the players involved are truthful to the best of their ability than the Guidos proven numbers should hold up pretty well, who knows... Cart before the horse, not since last Fridays news release considering the fact that the SEC is watching like a hawk.. I am skeptical, but this scam would involve the Bolivian Government all the way up to El Presidente... Wait a minute, on second thought, Clinton and his fund raising would put a potential GE scam to shame. Anyway, I am in at .12 and .27.
