I should go back and study stock scams. Any examples besides BreX? I can't believe that so many people, some who have Phds, some I can reach at home, some in the Bolivian government, all knowing the SEC is watching would try a scam like you claim. It blows my mind. If I am wrong I will really look dumb. I will deserve my posts reprinted as an examples from a 1rst order sucker.
