Delgratia , IPM ( and most of the other desert dirt plays.)
Both of these ocurred under the noses of the SEC in the last year and bilked hundreds of millions from investors. There was another salting that was called ( Timbuck Two I think ) on a South African play .
There were more scams last year than some of my contacts could ever remember that have been in this industry for 40 years. What makes you think this year is going to be better ??? Cheers
