Dear Mr. No b.s. here, as i have mentioned before( regardless the rudeness on which you express your thought on this thread ) your content is often worthwhile to read.
Anyway my point is the following; there's nothing wrong with flipping. Flip enough at 10% or once a month and you'll get a triple within a year. Personally it's not my style I'm a 50% flipper(ACA being the exception of course) and sometimes it does take more than a month(actually most of the time).
So B.s. quit whining about flippers, we bring order to the market.
