You probably already know this ... I just wanted to say it out loud. I once went to my doctor for a check-up ...he examined me carefully and sat for awhile thinking. Taking out his Rx pad, he wrote on it and handed it to me saying, "I want you to put this on your refrigerator door and take it three times daily". The Rx read: "Life is not a race." What a cool trip this has been ... thanks for being here.
