micny... I believe, oh worldly sir, a company that has filed a patent enjoys all the rights of patent protection, during its prosecution of the patent art. But it appears that you know far more about patents than I. Tell me micny, what is your take on this. Lemme guess.... you feel this board has conspired with space aliens and lied to you about the state of MDIX patents.
