Why should there be a need for apology? Legitimate questions regarding the viability of investments or potential investments, is usually applauded. Why should this investment be different?

Ask them how much energy (power) is needed to keep the 4,000 pound object aloft, AND provide the necessary electric power for the "relay station.".
